TAMU Heep lab renovation

BARD Research Design teamed with Cannon Design to provide Program Validation and Lab Planning for the full renovation of 2 floors of the 50’s era Heep Building to create modern flex labs for Biology, Biochemistry, and Molecular labs.

• 26,550 Gross Square Feet with approximately 17,550 assignable square feet of lab space

• Program Elements: Research Labs, Lab Support, and a Satellite Vivarium space

• Provided Schematic Design level lab plans

• Provided basis of design for lab furnishings and fixed equipment

• Reviewed lab furnishings construction drawings and construction cost estimates
